DESCRIPTION:“The QFCC Youth Summit aims to amplify the lived experiences of young Queenslanders. It’s an opportunity for young people aged 25 years and under to speak directly to government and community decision-makers and leaders about issues that are important to them and the young people around them. Ideas for positive change will be presented with the aim of improving the lives of children\, young people\, their families and communities.  \nSpeech topic sessions are based on the ARACY Nest Wellbeing Framework: \n\nValued\, loved and safe\nHealthy\nParticipating\nLearning\nMaterial basics\nIdentity and culture” _ QFCC Website\n\nHow to apply\n\nApplications open on Wednesday 18 December 2024 \nApplications close on Friday\, 24 January \n  \nTo apply you must: \n\nbe aged 25 years or under\nlive in Queensland\nbe available to attend the Youth Summit in Brisbane on Thursday 10 April and the pre-event pre-meeting on Wednesday evening 9 April.\n\nYou can nominate by submitting a: \n\nwritten application (200-500 words)\n2-3 minute video application.\n\nIn your nomination we want to hear about your current situation\, where you live\, your lived experience\, and your ideas for positive change.
